To outspin this year’s Ars Independent, the Horse will speak with its own voice. Through song and dance, with a musical entourage and in the thick air of absurdity it will speak its mind and heart. Live on stage. “Kopyta zła” (The Hooves of Evil) by Joanna Szumacher and Paweł Cieślak is a project on the border of a musical and a radio play, based on Edgar Allan Poe’s novel “Metzengerstein”. Incisive lyrics, electronic music and dance serve as components of the tale of Ferdinand and his evil-breathing horse.
